Bob Welch
Mr.Welch began his career in public markets in 1999, as a Stockbroker with Canaccord Capital. In November of 2005 he co-founded FBP Capital Corp., a boutique investment banking firm speicializing in financing start up public companies on the US and Canadian stock exchanges. In October of 2007 he amicably left FBP to take the helm of Pacific IR Corp. Mr. Welch has facilitated bridge financing, short term equity financing , private investment, and most types of debt/convertible financing. He has earned diplomas in Business Administration and Marketing and Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and is a graduate ofthe Canadian Securities Course and Professional Financial Planning from the Canadian Securities Institute.
John Dahle
John Dahle is a founding partner of Pacific Investor Relations Corp. Prior to Pacific IR Corp., John spent almost ten years in the hardwood plywood industry, Columbia Forest Products, the third largest hardwood plywood and flooring manufacturers in North America. He spent time in both the production and the sales side of the business. John was an entrepreneur at the age of 17 when he started Star North Promotional Systems, a consulting firm for start-up tourism projects. He is also a former US Marine; stationed with the 3rd AAV (amphibious assault vehicle) Battalion in Camp Pendleton California and Camp Schwab Okinawa Japan. John is a graduate of Oregon Institute of Technology where he majored in Industrial Management. He currently resides in Vancouver B.C.
